These Terms supplement and are an amendment to your UMB investment, trust, custodial or IRA account agreement(s) (the "Account Agreement(s)"), which is/are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms and the Account Agreement(s) together form your agreement with UMB for use of this Website, which you may access through www.UMB.com or via an app loaded on your mobile device. UMB's consumer-facing website (www.UMB.com) has its own set of terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms and conditions found on www.UMB.com, these Terms shall control.

2. No Warranty
UMB and our Providers created this Website for the convenience of our clients. This Website and it content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
