I understand and agree that Rockland Trust will send me an email on an ongoing basis to my primary e-mail address, as indicated below, notifying me that my eStatement account documents are ready to be viewed on the Rockland Trust website.

My ongoing consent to receive subsequent account documents electronically is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. I may withdraw consent at any time in writing, by telephone at (800) 222- 2299 or by updating My Profile under the “Investor Communication Delivery Method” within the client online portal. Upon termination, I understand and agree that I will no longer have access to my account documents online and that I will receive all account documents in paper form via postal mail service [subject to any fee as set forth in Rockland Trust's Schedule of Rates and Fees].

I may request paper copies of any account documents Rockland Trust has provided to me electronically. I understand that to request paper copies I may visit their www.rocklandtrust.com or may contact them by telephone at {800) 222-2299 or by postal mail to 288 Union Street, Rockland, MA 02370 [subject to any fee as set forth in Rockland Trust's Schedule of Rates and Fees]. Requesting a paper copy of an electronic communication will not be treated as withdrawal of consent to receive electronic communications.

I agree to maintain a valid, active e-mail address. I must promptly notify Rockland Trust of any change in my email or postal address by contacting Rockland Trust through Secure Messaging within the Online Banking system at their Website (www.rocklandtrust.com) or by telephone at (800} 222- 2299 or by postal mail to 288 Union Street, Rockland, MA 02370

To receive and review disclosures electronically and to view, download, and print eStatements, you will need a desktop or laptop computer or mobile device with internet or mobile connectivity, software that allows for the viewing of PDF files, such as Adobe Reader, printer access or cloud storage in order to print or retain any document, and a currently supported Internet browser such as; Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome. We will notify you if our hardware or software requirements change in a way that prevents you from accessing or viewing your electronic documents.

By accepting this Consent and Authorization for Electronic Transmission, you: (i) are affirmatively consenting to use electronic records and signatures, (ii) are reasonably demonstrating your ability to access the documents in electronic form, (iii) are confirming that you have provided a valid email address at which we can send electronic documents to you, (iv) are confirming that you have access to hardware and software that satisfies the above requirements, and (v) are agreeing to the terms of this Consent and Authorization.
